What we build, in detail

Four kinds of work, delivered in phases that are useful on their own.

Program 01 · Replacing the spreadsheet

Internal tools & workflow

Most businesses do not need a platform, they need the one spreadsheet that four people edit simultaneously turned into something with permissions and an audit trail. We build to how the work actually runs rather than to how it is described in a meeting.

Stage 1 · Watch the work

Including the undocumented steps.

Stage 2 · Scope a phase

Small enough to finish and use.

Stage 3 · Build & demo

Every two weeks, with your users.

Stage 4 · Hand over

Code, repository and documentation.

Stage 1 · Map it

What moves where, and how often.

Stage 2 · Failure cases

Designed first, not patched later.

Stage 3 · Build

With logging you can actually read.

Stage 4 · Monitor

Alerts when it stops, not silence.

Program 02 · Ending the re-typing

Integrations

The value is in the error handling, not the happy path. Anyone can move a record when both systems are up; the work is deciding what happens when one is down, a field is missing or a duplicate arrives — which is where unmaintained integrations quietly corrupt data.

Program 03 · What cannot come across

Data migration

Every migration has data that cannot come across cleanly — free-text fields holding three kinds of information, records with no owner, dates in four formats. We find those in the first week and tell you, rather than discovering them during cutover weekend.

  • 4 to 10 weeks
  • Businesses
  • Fixed per phase
  • Legacy access

Stage 1 · Profile

What the data actually contains.

Stage 2 · The bad news

What cannot migrate cleanly, early.

Stage 3 · Dry runs

Repeatedly, until it is boring.

Stage 4 · Cutover

With a tested rollback.

Stage 1 · Warranty

Defects in our work, fixed.

Stage 2 · Documented

So another team could pick it up.

Stage 3 · Your choice

Retain us, or take it in house.

Stage 4 · Clean exit

No lock-in, whenever you want.

Program 04 · Or a clean exit

Support after launch

Launch is the middle of a project. We fix defects in delivered work within the warranty period, and after that you can retain us, take it in house, or give it to another firm — the documentation and repository are yours either way, which is what makes that a real choice.

  • Ongoing or fixed
  • Existing clients
  • Agreed rates
